Dactivitats

Dactivitats, usually written d'activitats, is a Catalan prepositional phrase meaning "of activities" and is formed from de + activitats. It is used to indicate association with activities and to build compound nouns and noun phrases such as pla d'activitats (activity plan), programa d'activitats (activity program), and agenda d'activitats (activity schedule).

Orthography: In standard Catalan, de elides before a vowel, producing the contracted form d'. Thus d'activitats is preferred; writing dactivitats without the apostrophe is nonstandard in contemporary Catalan and can be considered a typographical error, though older texts or non-Catalan contexts may vary.

Usage and nuance: d'activitats functions similarly to "of activities" in English, serving adjectival or nominal roles within phrases. It is common in education, cultural programming, tourism materials, and municipal communications. It does not denote a specific organization unless used as a proper noun by a particular brand or entity.
