Buner

Buner is a district in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Its administrative capital is the town of Daggar. The district is part of the Malakand Division and lies in the northern part of the region surrounding the Swat Valley, characterized by a hilly terrain that includes the Buner valley as a central feature.

Historically, Buner was part of Swat District and was established as a separate district in the late 20th century.
