Bcellekloner refers to genetically identical B cells that arise from a single parent B cell. This process, known as clonal expansion, is a critical component of the adaptive immune system's response to pathogens. When a B cell encounters its specific antigen, it becomes activated and undergoes rapid proliferation. This results in a large population of B cells, all expressing the same B cell receptor and therefore recognizing the same antigen.
