Atstovavimas

Atstovavimas is the act or status of representing another person, organization, or group in various contexts, including legal, political, and social settings. It involves delegating authority to a person or entity to act on behalf of the principal, within defined limits and duties. The term is widely used in Lithuanian law, governance, and administration.

In legal terms, atstovavimas refers to acting in a matter on someone else’s behalf, such as court representation or handling legal affairs through a power of attorney (įgaliojimas).
