Arenysaurus
Arenysaurus is a genus of hadrosauroid dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period in what is now Spain. The only known species is Arenysaurus ardevoli. Its fossils were discovered in the municipality of Areny de Noguera, in the province of Huesca, Aragon. Arenysaurus is classified as a basal hadrosauroid, meaning it belongs to a group of duck-billed dinosaurs that are more primitive than the true hadrosaurids.
