Analogt

Analogt is a term used in several Scandinavian languages, notably Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish. It has two related senses. As an adverb, analogt means “in an analogous or similar way,” comparable to the English “analogously.” In scientific and technical contexts, analogt describes processes or systems that resemble or correspond to real-world phenomena, or that operate by continuous variation, rather than by discrete steps.
