Adductów
Adductów is a term used in chemistry to describe a molecule formed by the direct addition of two or more separate molecules. This process, known as adduction, results in a new compound where the constituent molecules are joined by a new covalent bond or coordinate bond. Adductów are distinct from compounds formed by substitution reactions, where atoms are replaced. In adduction, the entire molecules are combined.
A common example of an adduct is the reaction between Lewis acids and Lewis bases. A Lewis
Adductów can also form through other mechanisms, such as the addition of halogens to alkenes or alkynes.
