Acyllin
Acyllin is a brand name for the antibiotic amoxicillin. Amoxicillin is a penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, leading to the death of the bacteria. Acyllin is typically prescribed for infections such as pneumonia, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and ear or throat infections caused by susceptible bacteria. It is usually taken orally, with or without food, and the dosage and duration of treatment depend on the type and severity of the infection.
Like other antibiotics, Acyllin is only effective against bacterial infections and will not treat viral infections
