életmódcsoportok
Életmódcsoportok, or blood groups, are classifications of human blood based on the presence or absence of specific antigens on red blood cells. The most widely recognized system is the ABO system, which includes four main types: A, B, AB, and O. In this system, type A has A antigens, type B has B antigens, type AB has both, and type O has neither. Additionally, the Rh factor (positive or negative) is another critical marker; individuals with Rh-positive blood have the Rh antigen, while Rh-negative do not. Blood type compatibility is vital for transfusions and organ transplants, as mismatched blood can trigger immune reactions. Understanding one's blood group aids in medical planning and personal health awareness.
