sigurantei

Siguranța (plural siguranțe) is a Romanian noun with several related meanings connected to safety and certainty. In everyday language it designates safety or protection, as in siguranța personală (personal safety), siguranța la locul de muncă (occupational safety), or siguranța alimentară (food safety). It can also refer to a guarantee or assurance in a contract or on a product. In electrical terminology, siguranță refers to a protective device such as a fuse or circuit breaker; electricians talk about siguranțe and replacing them.

Historically, Siguranța Statului was the internal security and police service of Romania in the interwar period
