Personapääteiden is a Finnish term that translates to "personal endings" or "personal suffixes." In Finnish grammar, these are suffixes that are attached to verbs to indicate the person and number of the subject performing the action. Unlike some other languages where personal endings are distinct words or prefixes, in Finnish, they are integral parts of the verb conjugation.

There are six personal endings in Finnish, corresponding to the grammatical persons: first person singular (minä - I), second person singular (sinä - you), third person singular (hän - he/she/it), first person plural (me - we), second person plural (te - you), and third person plural (he/ne - they). For example, the verb "tulla" (to come) conjugated in the present tense would be: tulen (I come), tulet (you come), tulee (he/she/it comes), tulemme (we come), tulette (you come), and tulevat (they come). The suffixes are -n, -t, - (zero ending for third person singular), -mme, -tte, and -vat/-vät.
