nefronjának
Nefronják is a term used in Hungarian to describe the functional unit of the kidney. The kidney is composed of millions of these nephrons, each responsible for filtering blood and maintaining the body's fluid and electrolyte balance. A nephron consists of a renal corpuscle and a renal tubule. The renal corpuscle includes the glomerulus, a tuft of capillaries, and the Bowman's capsule, which encloses the glomerulus. The renal tubule is divided into three main segments: the proximal convoluted tubule, the loop of Henle, and the distal convoluted tubule.
The proximal convoluted tubule is responsible for reabsorbing a significant amount of water, electrolytes, and nutrients
Nefronják dysfunction can lead to various kidney diseases, including glomerulonephritis, tubular disorders, and polycystic kidney disease.
