Májszövetvesztés, also known as liver tissue loss, refers to a condition where a significant portion of the liver's functional tissue is lost. This loss can occur due to various reasons, including chronic diseases, acute injuries, or surgical removal. The liver has a remarkable capacity for regeneration, meaning it can regrow lost tissue under certain circumstances.
