Kadrowiec is a small village situated in the northern part of Poland. It lies within the administrative district of Gmina Trzebielino, which is part of Bytów County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The village is located roughly 12 kilometres west of the county seat Bytów and about 82 kilometres west of Gdańsk, the voivodeship's capital.
