interlobulargänge
Interlobulargänge, also known as interlobular ducts, are small anatomical structures found within organs, most notably the liver and pancreas. In the liver, these ducts are part of the biliary system and are responsible for collecting bile produced by hepatocytes within the lobules. The bile then flows from the liver lobules through progressively larger ducts until it reaches the common hepatic duct. These ducts are lined by a single layer of cuboidal or columnar epithelial cells and are surrounded by connective tissue.
In the pancreas, interlobular ducts are part of the exocrine pancreas and carry digestive enzymes synthesized
