henoteisták
Henoteism is a religious concept that describes the belief in one god while not denying the existence of other gods. A hennotheist worships a single deity as their supreme god, but does not necessarily believe that this god is the only god in existence. This is distinct from monotheism, which asserts the existence of only one god, and polytheism, which believes in multiple gods. In hennotheistic systems, other deities might be acknowledged and even worshipped by other peoples or within different contexts, but the individual's primary devotion is directed towards their chosen supreme deity. Historically, this concept has been applied to various religious traditions, including ancient Israelite religion before the full development of monotheism, and certain forms of Hinduism where various deities are recognized but Vishnu or Shiva, for example, may be considered the supreme being by their devotees. The key characteristic is the exclusive worship of one god without necessarily claiming that other gods are non-existent.
