euchromatiin
Euchromatin is a form of chromatin found in eukaryotic cells. Chromatin is the complex of DNA and proteins that forms chromosomes within the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. Euchromatin is characterized by its less condensed structure, which makes it more accessible to the transcription machinery. This accessibility allows genes located within euchromatin to be actively transcribed and expressed. In contrast to heterochromatin, which is highly condensed and transcriptionally silent, euchromatin is considered transcriptionally active.
The structure of euchromatin is often described as a "beads-on-a-string" model, where DNA is wrapped around histone
