ajokanavan
Ajokanavan, also known as the Ajokannan or Ajokannan Temple, is a historic Hindu temple located in the town of Ajokannan, Tamil Nadu, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams, which are the abodes of the 63 Nayanmars, the revered saints of Shaivism. The temple is renowned for its unique architecture and the presence of a large lingam, which is believed to have been installed by the Nayanmars themselves.
