AirAssociated was a British aircraft manufacturer, founded in 1945 by Sir Roy Fedden. The company was established to develop and produce aircraft engines, particularly for the post-World War II market. One of their most notable products was the Rolls-Royce Dart, a small, lightweight, and efficient piston engine. The Dart was used in various aircraft, including the de Havilland Vampire and the Folland Gnat, and was known for its reliability and simplicity.

In addition to the Dart, AirAssociated also developed the ADR (AirAssociated Dart Ramjet) engine, which was a ramjet engine designed for supersonic flight. The ADR was used in the experimental aircraft, the Fairey Delta 2, which set several speed records in the 1950s.

Despite its innovative work, AirAssociated faced financial difficulties in the 1960s and was eventually acquired by Rolls-Royce in 1966. The company's assets and expertise were integrated into Rolls-Royce, contributing to the development of future aircraft engines.
