Lämmönsiirtoperiaate, or the principle of heat transfer, describes how thermal energy moves from one object or system to another. This movement occurs because of a temperature difference, always flowing from a region of higher temperature to a region of lower temperature. There are three primary mechanisms by which heat transfer takes place: conduction, convection, and radiation.
