ISOCCSDS
The Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems, or CCSDS, is an international standards committee formed in 1982 to develop standards for space missions. The CCSDS is sponsored by space agencies from around the world, including NASA, ESA, JAXA, and others. Its primary goal is to promote interoperability and commonality in space data systems by developing and recommending international standards. These standards cover a wide range of areas, including space communication protocols, data archiving, and space mission operations.
The CCSDS develops standards through a consensus-based process involving representatives from its member agencies and industry.
