Enzimaktivítás refers to the rate at which an enzyme catalyzes a reaction. It is a crucial parameter in understanding enzyme kinetics and function. Several factors influence enzimaktivítás, including temperature, pH, substrate concentration, and the presence of inhibitors or activators.

Enzymes have an optimal temperature and pH at which their activity is maximal.
