Chamberír

Chamberí is a district in Madrid, Spain. It is located in the north-central part of the city and is one of the seventeen districts that make up Madrid. The district is divided into six neighborhoods: Gaztambide, Arapiles, Trafalgar, Almagro, Ríos Rosas, and Vallehermoso. Chamberí is known for its elegant architecture, wide avenues, and vibrant cultural life.

Historically, Chamberí was a more rural area outside the old city walls of Madrid. It began to develop significantly in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as Madrid expanded. Many of the grand residential buildings that characterize the district today were constructed during this period.
