Ühisvastutajad

Ühisvastutajad refers to joint obligors or co-debtors in legal contexts, particularly in Estonian law. When multiple individuals or entities are jointly responsible for a debt or obligation, they are considered ühisvastutajad. This means that a creditor can pursue any one of the ühisvastutajad for the full amount of the debt, or for parts of it from each.
