wymagajcym

Wymagajcym is not a standard Polish word. It is usually a nonstandard spelling of the instrumental singular form wymagającym, which is the instrumental case of the present active participle wymagający (from the verb wymagać, to require or to demand). The correct spellings depend on the grammatical form, not on meaning: wymagający (nominative masculine), wymagającym (instrumental masculine), wymagająca (nominative feminine), wymagającą (instrumental feminine), and so on. The meaning of the base adjective remains “demanding” or “requiring.”

In standard usage, wymagający functions as an adjective describing a noun that requires something or someone

Common confusion: wymagajcym often results from omitting diacritics or mishearing the pronunciation. Polish orthography distinguishes wymagającym
