Predikovatelnjí is not a standard Czech word and is generally regarded as nonnumeric or erroneous. It appears in some texts as a nonstandard or misspelled form of predikovatelný, an adjective that would mean “that can be predicted” or “predictable” in the sense of being capable of prediction.
