limpáis

Limpáis is not a standard dictionary entry in Spanish. It is commonly encountered as a misspelling or nonstandard form of the verb limpiar in the second-person plural present indicative, whose correct spelling is limpiáis.

In standard Spanish, the verb limpiar follows the regular pattern limpiar, limpias, limpia, limpiamos, limpiáis, limpian. The form limpiáis is used when addressing multiple people in Spain (vosotros form). In much of Latin America, where vos is not used, the corresponding present indicative is ustedes limpian. Therefore, limpáis is generally considered a nonstandard variant unless it appears in a specific orthographic or typographical context.

Possible sources of the error include dropping the i after the p when forming the vosotros ending, typographical mistakes, or auto-correct features that simplify the word.
