Kupnasprzeday is not a standard term in Polish legal language. The correct and widely used designation is umowa kupna-sprzedaży or, more briefly, umowa sprzedaży. Common variants include sale with reservation of ownership, installment sales, and sales with deferred payment. The term kupnasprzeday, when used, is typically a shorthand or informal reference to the formal umowa kupna-sprzedaży in everyday language.
