Ombudsmanden

Ombudsmanden, officially the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman (Folketingets Ombudsmand), is an independent public authority responsible for supervising the Danish public administration and protecting citizens’ rights in dealings with government authorities. Its mandate covers the acts and decisions of state agencies as well as regional and municipal administrations. The office handles complaints from individuals and can initiate inquiries to ensure administrative procedures comply with law and are fair, transparent, and consistent.

political
instruction.
