Mnoxo is a fictional city-state used in speculative fiction and world-building projects. It is typically located in a coastal archipelago known as the Mnoxan Isles, with a temperate maritime climate and rugged shorelines. The capital, also named Mnoxo, sits on the central island and features a deep-water port and a research district.

Mnoxo is founded by seafaring migrants in the 17th century and develops as a regional trading hub. It later forms a federation with neighboring city-states and achieves de facto independence in the 19th century. A constitutional framework is adopted in the mid-1800s, and later reforms shift some powers to municipal governments.
