Ithey is a fictional ethnolinguistic concept used in worldbuilding and speculative fiction to explore riverine cultures and intercultural dynamics. In this context, Ithey denotes both a community and the language they share, known as Itheyan.

Geography and demographics in the imagined setting place the Ithey in the delta and lowland coastlines of a broad river system in the eastern archipelago of Navara. Population estimates vary by source, but in-world references typically place them in the hundreds of thousands spread across several city-states, villages, and riverine corridors.
