Hatálybalépési

Hatálybalépési is a Hungarian legal term referring to the moment when a law, regulation, treaty or other rule becomes legally binding and enforceable. The base noun hatálybalépés means “entering into force,” and hatálybalépési is the adjectival form used to modify related nouns, such as hatálybalépési dátum (the date of entry into force) or hatálybalépési időpont (the moment of entry into force).

Determination of the hatálybalépés can be immediate or delayed.
