Allsvenskan

Allsvenskan is the top level of the Swedish men's football league system. It was founded in 1924 and is organized by the Swedish Football Association. The season runs from spring to autumn, with teams playing a double round-robin schedule, home and away, for a total of 30 matches per club. There are currently 16 teams in the league.
