Alentejana

Alentejana is the feminine form of the Portuguese demonym for a person from Alentejo, a large historic and geographic region in southern Portugal. The masculine form is Alentejano. The term is used in ordinary language, literature, and place names to describe a woman from the region, while Alentejano refers to a man.
